Choral Notes for the week of 9/15/14

 

Reminder:

 

Next rehearsal, 9/15, is at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in the Sanctuary
from 7:30pm - 9:30pm...NOT at the Cary Arts Center.

 

Music - clarification

 

The music you picked up and paid for last Monday was for the "Time and
Space" concert - the cost was $13

The music you paid for but did NOT pick up yet, was for the "Holiday Pops"
concert - the cost was $10 (this music will be handed out in the next week
or two)

If you did not pay the $23 for music last Monday, please either use the
Paypal button on the website and bring your receipt with you on Monday, or
pay by check or the exact amount in cash on Monday. Whichever you choose,
please see Barbara Holbrook at Monday's rehearsal with your payment and/or
receipt. 

My apologies for the confusion.

 

Sopranos/Altos

 

Monday the 15th will be the last day to see either Terri Ring or Beverly
Olsen to place your order for the concert attire. The order must go in on
the 16th of September in order for us to receive the shipment in time for
the November concert. Payment will be upon receipt of the shipment.

 

New Members

 

This is the last Choral Notes that is being sent out to you bcc'd. Please
make sure you have registered if you have not already done so.
