Choral Notes for the week of 9/08/14

 

First Night - Registration and Music - 7:00pm

 

*       If you have pre-paid using Paypal: remember to bring your receipt
and go directly to your section table to sign in and pick up your music.

*       If you have not pre-paid: stop at the first table to pay either by
check, made out to "The Concert Singers of Cary", or pay the exact amount in
cash - we do not have change available to us. Upon paying, take your colored
receipt tag to your section table to exchange for your music and sign in.

*       New Members: Welcome! Please stop at the "New Members" table before
getting your music to meet your section leader and pick up your name tag.

*       "Old" Members: Welcome back! Please wear your name tags so new
members (and some not-so-new members) can learn who you are.

 

Chair set-up and put-away - volunteers needed!

 

If you can be available fifteen (15) minutes prior to rehearsal times to
help with chair set up, please let me know a.s.a.p.  We need, ideally, eight
(8) people to help set up our chairs before rehearsals and also stack them
at evening's end. Thank you!

 

Reminder

 

If you have not already done so, please make sure your personal information
on the webpage is updated. An explanation from our Board:

1.     As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, we rely on grants from local and
county governments as well as foundations that require us to provide data
about membership and concert attendance. While we use your information to
comply with these requirements we never share information that is attached
to an individual or their name. 

2.     As an organization with 175 members, one of our strengths comes from
the skills, knowledge and networking of our members. Your information will
be helpful to us in matching your skills and interests to areas where we
need volunteer assistance. It is optional and will be utilized for internal
needs only."

Sopranos/Altos

 

If anyone needs to order or re-order either the top, skirt or both, concert
dress items, please see me. We will be placing an order within the next
week.
