*Choral Notes for the week of 8/27*

in the additional information. To answer your questions as to why the
organization is requesting this, please note below:


   - As a 501c3 nonprofit organization, we rely on grants from local and
   county governments as well as foundations that require us to provide data
   about membership and concert attendance. While we use your information to
   comply with these requirements, we* never* share information that is
   attached to an individual or divulge their name.



   - As an organization with 175 members, one of our strengths comes from
   the skills, knowledge and networking of our members. Your information will
   be helpful to us in matching your skills and interests to areas where we
   need volunteer assistance and expertise. This will be utilized *only* for
   our internal needs.

*Annual Dues and Music Packets - if at all possible, please pay BEFORE
first rehearsal on 9/10/12*
**
*Annual Dues: *this is the first dues increase in ten years. Dues are $75
for the season and can be paid using the PayPal link on the membership page
or by check or cash for the exact amount at registration. No other credit
card options are available. Bring your receipts to registration on 9/10/12.

*Music Packets: *

   - *Symphonic Choir: *it is assumed you are singing both concerts -
   November charge=$22, December charge=$10 Total = $32 If you are NOT singing
   both concerts, please notify your section leader and pay only for the
   concert that you will be singing. Bring your receipts to registration on
   9/10/12
   - *Chamber Choir: *you have been contacted by Larry and have an
   additional concert cost of $13. Bring your receipts to registration on
   9/10/12

*A personal "thank you" to Barb Sawyer, Jenn Myers, Connie Hiller and
Shirley Hand for coming out on an unseasonably cold and dreary Saturday to
help man The Concert Singers of Cary booth with Larry and me.*
