*Message from the CSC Development Committee*

*Dear Chorus.*
*The newly formed CSC Development Committee has been planning a Winter Gala
as THE festive, major fund raising dinner event \for Sunday, January 27,
2013 at The Matthews House.  Below are a few details of the event with more
to come in the weeks ahead: *

*·         Two auctions: a live auction and a silent auction*
* *

*·         A celebrity auctioneer*
* *

*·         A buffet dinner*
* *

*·         Soloists and further entertainment planned by Larry*
* *

*·         The ticket cost is $50 per person *
* *

*We are asking for your help in the following simple ways:*
* *

*·         We need as many names/addresses of friends, colleagues, business
people, etc. who you think would be interested in attending this special
event to add to our invitation list*
* *

*·         We need ideas for auction items – if you are a business owner or
know someone who can offer a service, product, or something special that
will be a draw for either the silent auction or live auction, we’re
very  interested
in hearing about it!*
* *

*·         We need some singers who would be interested in helping contact
some local businesses about sponsoring part of the Gala; we’re finalizing a
wonderful power point presentation that can be used to present to business
owners.*
* *

*These will be great ways to help boost our financial performance to match
our choral performance!*
* *
