[csc_newsline] Concert Singers' Choral Notes - for the week beginning 10/17/11

Greetings Fellow Concert Singer!

This is the first of our new weekly Concert Singers' "Choral Notes".

Every Friday I will send out a "Choral Notes" e-mail which may include:

   - brief messages relating to the upcoming week
   -  reminders
   - updates on any current choral issues
   - notices of any changes in times or locations for concerts or rehearsals
   - requests for volunteers, if needed
   - messages from Larry

If there is nothing noteworthy, the "Choral Notes" will read "Nothing to
report for the up-coming week".

Hopefully this will keep everyone reliably informed and at the same time!

*Reminder:  *

   - Photographs will be taken during the break this Monday for the Concert
   Singers' Directory. If you did not request a photo earlier but would like to
   have your photo taken, please find me and we'll see if we have enough time
   to fit you in. If we do not get everyone done during the break, we can take
   a few minutes after the night's rehearsal to finish.


*Two more Holiday Pops pieces have arrived and will be available on Monday:*

   - *Hallelujah Chorus*  - for those who requested the music; *if you
   already have the music*, *please bring it with you to Monday night's
   rehearsal*.
   - *Shepherd's Pipe Carol - by John Rutter -* for everyone.
