[csc_newsline] logistics for Saturday's rehearsal

Dear Choir,

 

Please see below from Sarah Preston of the Cultural Arts Dept. regarding
logistics for Saturday.

 

Please convey the following to RSO musicians and CSC singers: 
        1. Family and friends will not be allowed at the rehearsal on
Saturday.  We need to keep the room clear of any non-performers until doors
open at 7pm. 
        2. We have water fountains in the building.  However, please
encourage the singers/musicians to bring their own water bottles.  They are
welcome in the gym (with the floor covered, which it will be). 
        3. There is a storage closet at the bottom of the stairs (to the
right) as you enter the gym area.  RSO & CSC: Please use this closet to
store any instrument cases or personal belongings.
