[csc_newsline] rehearsals extended

Dear Choir,

 

I would like to extend our final two rehearsals from 2 hours to 2.5 hour
this and next Monday. We will begin at 7:15 and end at 9:45.

 

I have also made the decision to not perform the 1812 overture hymn for the
May 30th concert. The Wind Ensemble will still play it and we will sing it
with the NC Symphony on June 19th. If you are not singing on the 19th please
turn in the music for the 1812 but do keep it if you are singing.

 

I also want to add the Hymn to the Fallen from Saving Private Ryan. If you
have a copy of that from previous concerts bring it along.

 

Please also remember to print out a copy of the words at the following link
for our help on the bands playing of An Armed Forces Salute. Please also
take the time to work n your parts between rehearsals. We have a MIDI file
for Mvt V of Paul Revere that we will be making available to you shortly
