Our eleventh symphonic choir rehearsal of 2023 is on Monday Apr 10,
7:30-9:30pm at Greenwood Forest Baptist Church (110 SE Maynard Rd,
Cary). Thom will not be there. FYI – Mallarme Music is providing a
33-person orchestra for our LIGHT concert!



Upcoming rehearsal order will be:

Apr 10: Music of Light in the first hour, then Holst in the last half
(after break)

Apr 17 on: Music of Light

Hi Singers,

Cinderella is donating shoes, Rapunzel donated her hair, and The Witch is
donating some of her profits from cookie sales. We all need to do our part.
Remember our Pledge Drive goal this year is $7,000. Give an amount that is
meaningful to you and we will reach that goal. Let's have 100%
participation. Grant applications like hearing that members are supporting
their own organization.

And, yes, the valuable prizes will be raffled next week. Gift cards from
Food Lion, Lowe's and Harris Teeter. Coupons for a free pizza from Papa
Murphy's, a bag of groceries from Trader Joe's and a $50 gift card from
Goodberry's Custard. The Raffle drawing will be held on 4/17/23 so make a
donation now to have a chance to win.

You can give via check or cash at rehearsals. Or you can go to the Concert
Singers' website and donate there. If you do, be sure to tell Sue Chaploney
at schaploney at hotmail.com that you have donated so you, too, can be entered
into this exciting drawing!!!

Cary’s annual Spring Daze will be 9-5pm on Apr 29. I have created a
signupgenius for volunteers, please check it out and sign up if you
can! Only one of you so far has! It’s a fun time advocating for an
organization we all love, in the shady trees at Bond Park. Maybe we
can encourage a few passersby to attend our concert THAT EVENING! It's
also a way to give back to the Town of Cary, our VERY important
supporter.

4/29 7:30pm Music of Light concert. We need 4 more volunteers (she
already has 3): 2 ticket sales and 5 ushers/ program passers and
survey collectors. Arrival time is 6:20. Free seats for volunteers. If
