Our concert wknd approacheth! Sat 11-2pm is mandatory final rehearsal
(you don’t have to be fancy-dressed yet for that). Be in the Cary Arts
Center theater ready-to-go at 10:59am! :) For ease of ingress/egress
to/from parking (what with a parade starting at 2pm) it’s recommended
you leave your vehicle in the library parking deck (113 Walnut St) for
the rehearsal.

(That said, the parade starts at 2pm on the north side of downtown,
and ends down south at the CAC at 4pm. If the town isn't monitoring
parking at the CAC parking lots, I believe you will be ok to park
there and leave at 2pm to the non-north. But don't bite my head off if
that turns out not to be true! Here's the parade URL:

During rehearsal please be quiet and only talk or ask questions if
absolutely necessary. Nathan should not have to talk over anybody.


If you have questions on concert day etiquette (even if you don't,
PLEASE peruse these pages to ensure we are all on the same page. In
particular, remind yourself of the policy on scents/perfumes, Pops

Hydrate! Pace yourself, don't blow out your voice in the afternoon.



After the show, men should return their red bowties, and women their
flower pins, and EVERYONE the 'The 3 Kings' and 'Mele Kalikimaka'
sheet music, to the green room.



I ordered leis for the men but the delivery date estimate now is
delayed to this Sat! If anyone has a lei they can loan a guy, we MAY
need them, just bring to the Sat perf unless you hear otherwise… Nancy
C already has 18 for us :).



We hope many of you will attend our end-of-season celebration at Bond
Bros. Brewing (202 East Cedar St, Cary) after the show – invite your
friends and family to join us! We’ll have pizza! If any of you would
like to bring some holiday cookies, that would really make the soiree
special. We’ll have plates & napkins. Bond Bros. has beer (of course),
some wine, soft drinks (Cheerwine, Pepsi, ginger beer, lemonade) and
help-yourself water. We can't reserve space, so it will be a little
bit catch-as-catch-can over there; weather looks good for Sat.

There are dressing rooms adjacent to the green room (unlocked, each
with a rest room) if you want to change there or leave any
non-valuables.

BTW, our auditions have changed from Mon Jan 9 to Tue Jan 10.



Our CSC Christmas tree is in front of the Cary Arts Center, with all
the other 90 holiday festooned trees along Academy St! Please VOTE for
our tree (deadline Dec 18). If we place, we get a nice cash donation!
