Howdy! More pre-rehearsal one info! Lots here, please read to the end.

 First rehearsal: Mon Sept 12, 7:30-9:30pm at Greenwood Forest Baptist
Church (110 SE Maynard Rd, Cary). It’s located on the southeastern corner
of Maynard Rd and Kildaire Farm Rd.



We are rehearsing in the sanctuary. The entrance for the choir will be the
side door to the sanctuary that faces Kildaire Farm Rd (the front door of
the sanctuary is on the Maynard Rd side). To get to the side door, enter
the church parking lot via Kilmayne Dr, turn left and go down the hill and
then to the right to find the entrance. There are steps to get in, there is
also a ramp and three handicap parking spaces. You can also enter the
parking lot via Maynard Rd – just go further around the building to get to
the proper door.



You are welcome to bring water to rehearsal in a covered container. Please
do not bring other drinks or food into the sanctuary. There will not be a
seating chart for this rehearsal so folks should sit by part; there will be
signs and section leaders to help you find the correct areas. Wear masks in
the sanctuary (rehearsal space).


Thom likely won’t be at the first reh, due to major dental work that
morning. Stacy Hanna is valiantly stepping into my shoes, please be gentle

Our fall (Nov 5 concert) music cost is $35. Dues are $100. Please pay
at our Paypal link or in-person at rehearsal before 7:30pm (check
payable to ‘CSC’, or cash (exact change appreciated)). If you want to
wait on paying until the next reh (Sep 19) since this one will be
hectic and 'long-lined', that is fine, you can still pick up the sheet
music.

You are welcome to order on your own, but if you want to save money on
shipping/handling, we put together a group order twice yearly. Plus,
the sizing on women’s clothing is a bit tricky. Terri Ring (our Alto
section leader) has helped fellow singers with this for years, she
says “tops (now $34) run small & skirts ($28) run large”. Cost for
both together is about $62 plus tax/S&H/extra charge for large items.
