[New_csc_newsline] CSC New Year Updates, part 1

Dear Concert Singers - Happy New Year! We hope you had a great holiday and
first few days of 2022!

1. Due to the extremely high number of COVID cases here and elsewhere,
Concert Singers is going to delay the start of rehearsals until February.
We will NOT meet on Jan 24, nor Jan 31. Our first rehearsal is now
scheduled for February 7, 7:30, in the CAC Theater.

2. As you may or may not know, availability of venues has been a challenge.
Fortunately, we have been able to secure the CAC theater again for most of
our rehearsals this spring, including all the rehearsals in February.

3. Please hold Saturday, April 30 in your calendar as our planned concert
date.

We all can be pleased with how we successfully navigated the fall, with our
protocols guiding us through months of rehearsals to a safe and satisfying
Holiday Pops presentation. You'll soon be receiving the guidance for the
spring.
