Ahoy scalawags! For our singers, we are grateful…

Our eleventh fall rehearsal is Monday Nov 29, 7:30-9:30pm, again at the Shiloh
Presbyterian Church (524 E Whitaker Mill Rd, Raleigh). Some late info from
Greg: “there is a parking lot, but it will likely get full: there is
parking along both sides of Georgetown Road.”

There are a bunch of new SATB practice files for you to... well, practice
with, for the Seasonal Sounds medley:

Laura Moore our exec dir needs 6 front-of-house volunteers for Dec 11.
These folks will get to see the concert for free, and need to be there at
least an hour before. If you or a loved one is interested, please have them
contact her: laurakingmoore at gmail.com

After next reh you are cordially invited by Greg and Thom to a fun new
pirate hangout 2 miles from Shiloh, called Pearl & Peril (322 Glenwood Ave,
Raleigh). Let's make it a choir takeover, me hearties!

Regarding the Dec 4 Cary Christmas Tree Lighting: from Nathan - "The
show takes place in front of Town Hall (316 N Academy St, Cary) in the
parking lot near the train tracks, that's where

the tree is located. Please arrive promptly at 5:00pm for the
sound-check. We are the first performers, at 6pm. There are a total of
eight performances (mixture of singing, dance, and one instrumental)

and then the grand finale, the tree lighting. There will be two rooms
inside Town Hall available for putting items if anyone needs to do
that. We will not have a uniform for the performance -

just wear warm, festive clothes. Santa hats and such are welcome!
Please have your black music folder/binder. You may want to bring a
personal light for your music - who knows what the lighting will be
like."

If you might like to sing with us on Dec 4 (tree lighting), please
