[New_csc_newsline] Brickyard Update

Concert Singers - looking forward to the premiere tonight. A couple bits of
information for you.

At the very bottom of the launch page (
https://music.arts.ncsu.edu/brickyard-broadcast/) are some instructions
about how to navigate the experience. You may want to check that out before
you join.

The instructions suggest using Firefox as your browser. If you use Firefox
regularly, go for it, but it will work fine in other standard browsers.

Having tried it both with computer speakers and with headphones, I
preferred the experience with headphones. Either will be fine.

If you have a mouse available to navigate looking around, that is easier.
You can get around fine using the other controls, including the arrow keys
and the QWEASD keys, but the mouse and arrow keys were easiest for me.

Unfortunately, I am told there were some technical complications with using
the (hundreds of) avatars. So my understanding is that there will be an
opportunity to see the avatars at some point, maybe in the "green room"
during the talk. However, each group in the ensemble is represented by a
few avatars and images...which ones, I don't know.
