The following is an appeal from our fearless leader on this venture,
Rachael Lubbers. As of today we have 59 of our needed 139 slots filled (we
picked up only one additional signup in last 24 hrs).

Hello everyone and happy Sunday-

The ferris wheels are up, the food booths are arriving and the fall breeze
is in the air- that's because today marks three days until the fun begins
with the NC State Fair and the Cary Concert Singer's time at the Turkey
Shoot!  These last few days have seen a great increase in the number of
people signed up- THANK YOU SO MUCH!

We do have about 26 spots that we really need to get filled between now and
our next rehearsal, all of which I've listed below. I've highlighted nights
that are critical- those times are always popular at the fair and are
currently running very low. Many of the spaces are shorter shifts - and we
will definitely work with you if you need to leave early, come later, or
anything in between!

SPACES WE NEED FILLED BEFORE OUR NEXT REHEARSAL:
Wednesday afternoon (short shift!): 3 people
Friday morning: 1 person
FRIDAY NIGHT: 4 people
SATURDAY  NIGHT  : 5 people
Sunday morning: 1 person
SUNDAY  NIGHT  : 7 people
Monday morning: 5 people

I will be bringing fair tickets for everyone who has signed up (or who
plans to sign up) to our rehearsal tomorrow night. I will also bring maps
and walking directions so that everyone knows where to head when they
arrive.

Please feel free to email me or come talk to me at rehearsal if you have
any questions or concerns I can alleviate. I am happy to explain anything
you want about this wonderful event and everything it will bring to our
group. I've included some pictures here to give you a sense of the event
and hopefully get you excited to join the fun :)
