Hej!



Our next rehearsal is Mon Feb 11, 7:30-9:30pm at the CAC Marcus Dry
room ($2,200 yearly to rent!). Thom will not be there - Megan Brachtl,
I appoint you Czar of Reh Quotes for the evening!



The calendar now has two rehs for MAF (Masks and Fairytales) on May 4,
10am-noon and 1-4 pm. Here is the text each event contains: "Lorenzo
Muti has not yet decided which (Debussy or Mendelssohn) will be at
which time, and it's two different groups of singers for each
rehearsal (with some overlap). Not everyone will need to be at both.
We will get more clarity once we know 1) who is singing in which
group, and 2) which practice session is covering which composer...".


There will be posters and fliers for GAS for you to take on Monday and put
up on your favorite public walls! Attached is a small version of the flier,

What a great skit! Thanks to Sue Chaploney, Christine Bonin (what an
ad-libber!), Debi Deann and Ken Fortier for being such good sports, and to
Allen Bailey for his ‘silent movie’ accompaniment! The annual membership
Pledge Drive (our $3,500 goal really helps with our $90,000 annual budget)
is an integral part of our fundraising. If we can get every singer to
participate, at any level (one dollar on up), 100% involvement really SINGS
in grant applications. We will have the SATB section competition as usual
and "prizes galore" :)  Okay, a few great items anyway.
