Dear fellow singers!

Our 2018-2019 season is just around the bend. Our board has been working
diligently through the summer to create ways of reducing the financial
strain on the choir members. Nathan has an exciting repertoire planned and
we look forward to diving in. We need your help.

There are two opportunities to help us reach our goals:


1) Corporate Sponsorship

This year, we have created a few corporate sponsorship packages. Attached
you will find a list of companies we feel may be interested in supporting
us. How can you help?

A) If you work at one of the companies and have the contact information or
the name of a contact person, please email Snehit Cherian (
snehit.cherian at gmail.com).

B) If you know of any companies not on the list who may be interested in
supporting the group, please email Snehit Cherian (snehit.cherian at gmail.com)
with any details you have.


2) Ad Sales - Season Program Booklet

Here is a list of companies who bought ads last season (2017-18
advertisers): Crosstown Pub, Mayton Inn, Duke Performances, College Nannies
and Tutors, Fresh Local Ice Cream, Mission Possible Realty, Pharmacy Bottle
& Beverage

The board is contacting these companies. How can you help?

A) If there are any companies not on the list you feel might be good
opportunities, please provide the contact information and company name to
Debi DeAnn (debi_deann at yahoo.com).

B) Feel free to contact businesses who may be interested to buy an ad. The
information is attached. Deadline is Sept 1!


We thank you for any assistance you may provide. The more ads and corporate
sponsorships sold, the less burden on the choir members!
