[New_csc_newsline] Updated seating order - significant changes

Concert Singers - attached is the updated seating for rehearsal tonight.

I *think* (hope, pray) that this accounts for all the various divisi,
semi-chorus, etc. With all the different needs, it's not possible for us to
account for every single detail in the seating, but for this concert it is
better to have one general one that meets the most needs, rather than
moving into different seating arrangements for different songs/halves of
the concert.
