Concert Singers – I am so looking forward to the concert this weekend. Due
to our cancelled rehearsal on Monday, things have shifted around a bit, so
please take a minute to look over this updated schedule for the weekend. I
am very appreciative of your efforts and your flexibility. I am keeping in
mind that we want to be at top energy for the performance in the evening,
so please pace yourself during the day. Bring a water bottle and
comfortable shoes. Please also note that the first half of the concert is
Chamber Choir, and the second half is Symphonic Choir singing the Faure.  See
you on Friday/Saturday.

SCHEDULE:

Friday, March 16

5:00-Church open

5:30 – Set up

6:00 – Organist arrives

7:15 – Chamber Choir TB-Durufle

8:15 – Chamber Choir SSA-Poulenc



Saturday, March 17

11:00 – Church opens

12:00 – choir rehearse with organ

12:30 – harp tuning (we all must be silent and/or leave the sanctuary)

12:45 – orchestra assemble

12:55 – choir to seats

1:00-4:00 – rehearsal and run through

4:00 – BREAK

7:00 – Chamber Choir Call – in fellowship hall

7:30 – Start of Concert/Symphonic Choir call (Symphonic Choir will not
gather before concert, is welcomed to watch the first half)

Intermission – Symphonic choir gather in fellowship hall for warm up

Second half – The most amazing performance of Faure Requiem ever.

Post concert – return sanctuary to normal set up.
