Collaborations always carry some level of uncertainly, a leap of faith so to speak. It is as follows:<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>5:00 – meet behind the stage, facing the lake at Koka Booth wearing informal black. If you need a coat or sweater, bring something black or at least dark. I want us to look good but I don’t want anyone freezing. You can enter through the service entrance. If you are wearing black and carrying a folder they will let you in.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>5:15 – 5:30 – We will walk on stage where the step risers are preset (We are on stage and NOT in the loft). I believe that there are about five people who need chairs who have trouble standing. We will enter as formally as possible, but expect that we will need a couple of minutes once on stage to shift people around.
