*Message from Joe Ferguson:*


*Dear Fellow Singers,*


* We will be doing the WCPE fundraiser again this year but with an
important change!*


* In past years your donations were directed to WCPE and the Concert
Singers simply bundled the donations. In return we got weekly PSAs (Public
Service Announcements), but these were restricted to generic "awareness"
announcements about our support and promoting of our mutual missions. WCPE
wishes to phase out this class of announcements.*


* Larry has negotiated for us instead to move to PPSAs (PAID Public Service
Announcements), which allow targeted announcements, permitting us to
promote specific concerts, auditions, fundraisers, etc.*


* The change also requires a different procedure such that the donation
goes through our Concert Singers books, in a dedicated account, from which
the PPSAs are purchased as they are needed. *


* When you make the donation:*


   - *Make the check PAYABLE TO Concert Singers of Cary (CSC)*
   - *Make a MEMO notation: WCPE Project*
   - *Give the check to LANE TRACY (bass)*


*With luck, I'll be recovered enough from surgery by April 4 so that you
can give it to me.*


* I hope we have a good drive so that we can raise plenty of funds for WCPE
and get plenty of announcements for our concerts and get plenty of audience
members to show up! It's a win for both organizations.*
