Greetings! This one is long, please read to the end.

*Message from **Executive Director Laura Moore**:*

*"I am very excited about the upcoming concert on Saturday April 23. It is
important that we have several volunteers to assist with various duties in
order to make the concert run smoothly.*

*We will need 6 volunteers to assist with front of house duties for the
performance, to include 4 ushers/program passers at the doors and 2
greeters in the lobby. All will assist with welcoming and seating the
patrons. Family members of singers or friends are all welcome to volunteer.*

*If you can help with these tasks, please let me know right away
(laurakingmoore at gmail.com <laurakingmoore at gmail.com>). We would meet in the
church at 6:30 to get organized and then be available to help tidy up
following the performance.*

*I will be there at 6:15 PM and look forward to working with you. Please
email me if you are available. Thank you very much.*

*Laura Moore, Executive Director Concert Singers of Cary"*

*We need volunteers to sit at our table at Cary’s Spring Daze festival
<http://www.townofcary.org/departments/parks__recreation___cultural_resources/events/festivals/springdaze.htm>
on Sat Apr 30!*

The annual event goes 9-5pm at Bond Park. It’s better and more fun to have
two people simultaneously – if you can volunteer for a 2-hour shift (9-11,
11-1, 1-3, or 3-5), please sign up at the signupgenius link
<http://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c0f4bada72aa02-spring> (you do not have
to register with the site) or email me (Thom) with your preferred slot time
(and cellphone number). If you want to volunteer with a specific other
person, sign them up too - volunteers do not have to be members of the
chorus. I will get back to you after signup with all the specifics! Thank
you for giving back and helping the chorus out in this rewarding activity!

See you at rehearsal!
