Please allow even more time than last season to arrive on time at rehearsal!
For some of you, your regular route to the CAC has been seriously
compromised due to the road renovations going on on the roads around the
CAC. Be aware of "one way" streets making access to CAC challenging and
parking in front of the Elementary school difficult.

 

Monday, September 14th - Registration and music pick-up - 7:00pm; Rehearsal
begins at 7:30pm  

 

*       If you have not pre-paid using PayPal, please remember to bring
either a check or cash for the exact amount - WE DO NOT HAVE CHANGE - No
credit cards.

*       If you have paid using PayPal, please remember to bring your
receipt.

*       To pay on Monday, go to the first table, pay, receive your "paid"
color tab and go to your section table, hand the "paid" tab to the person at
the table, sign in and pick up your music.

*       If you have pre-paid: take your receipt from home with you to your
section table, hand the receipt to the person at your section's table, sign
in and pick up your music. 

 

Chair set-up volunteers needed

Volunteers are needed to help set up the chairs for rehearsals. Please let
us know if you are available to help. We need 4-6 people to be able to
quickly set up beginning fifteen minutes before rehearsals.

Three more volunteers needed to help man tables Monday night

Please let me know if you can help handing out music Monday night. Arriving
at 6:45pm would be great! Thank you!

 

Name tags

*       Everyone, please wear your name tags so our new members know who you
are!

*       If you need a new name tag, let me know.

 

Sopranos/Altos

*       We will be taking concert dress sizes Monday night if you need to
order a new or replacement concert dress. If you just need to replace one of
the two pieces, that works - no need to buy both new.

*       "worn once" size 6 top, M-36"length skirt = each $22 for sale. If
