Choral Notes for the week of 9/07/15

 

 

Reminders: things to do before Registration/First Rehearsal on 9/14 at
7:00pm

 

*       Pre-pay your registration on-line using PayPal - make sure to bring
your receipt on 9/14

*       Pre-pay your music (Lord Nelson and Unknown Region - if needed)
on-line using PayPal - make sure to bring your receipt on 9/14

 

First rehearsal/Registration - 9/14

 

New members: the first table you will see will have a sign saying "New
Members" - your section leaders will be there to introduce themselves, hand
you your name tags, and direct you to your table (SATorB) to collect your
music. Ladies, you will be asked to give your section leader your top and
skirt size for your concert dress.

Current members: same procedure as for the past several years!

 

Volunteers needed to man tables on 9/14

 

We need eight volunteers on 9/14 to help with handing out the music and
making sure everyone signs in at the tables. Please let me know
(MMingridnc at gmail.com) if you can be there by 6:45pm to help. Thank you!
