*We are writing to let you know that we are monitoring the weather reports
and will let you know no later than 3:00 PM on Monday if rehearsal will
take place as scheduled. If the town decides to close the arts center the
decision will be made for us. If conditions are borderline and the facility
remains open, we will make the decision. In that case, we ask that you use
your individual judgment regarding safe travel.*
