Choral Notes for Holiday Pops concerts - December 13th and December 14th 

 

Performance weekend rehearsal schedule:

 

1.     Saturday, 12/13 - 9:00am - 11:30am = Symphonic Choir on stage -
rehearsal with Moonlighters Band

2.     Saturday, 12/13 - 12:30pm = Call time

3.     Saturday, 12/13 - 1:00pm = Holiday Pops Concert performance #1

4.     Sunday, 12/14 - 2:30pm = Call time

5.     Sunday, 12/14 - 3:00pm = Holiday Pops Concert performance #2

6.     Sunday, 12/14 - 5:00pm - your call = socializing get together at
Hibernian Pub on Kildaire Road! 

 

Concert attire, etc.:

 

Women: Black concert skirt; tops are to be a solid color, preferably a
festive fabric (no see-through fabrics), solid colored sequined tops are
acceptable; sleeves of any length (no strapless tops or spaghetti
straps);necklines cannot show cleavage. Black hose with black dress shoes.
Tasteful dressy jewelry is encouraged! 

Men:  Tuxedo; black socks and black dress shoes; black (not red!) bow tie.as
usual.

Everyone:

*       NO SCENTED PRODUCTS OF ANY SORT ARE TO BE WORN!

*       Use your black music folders (or a black binder or folder)

*       Leave valuables locked, out of sight in your car or at home

*       Please park in lower parking lot or Walker St. lot to allow prime
parking spots for audience members. NO ACADEMY ST PARKING ON SATURDAY due to
the parade
