*Choral Notes for the week of 4/07/14*

*A Message from Larry:*

*Dear Chorus,*

*As we head into rehearsals for our last concert of the 2013-14 season, I
would like to take a moment to thank you and remind you of just how much
each and every one of you count in making our concerts as rewarding an
experience as they are...for all of us! *

*For a variety of reasons, we ended up having 20% of our originally
committed to "King David" singers drop out by performance time.  Even so,
we were able to put on what I feel was one of our most rewarding concerts.
This was due to all of you who were able to see the project through to the
end...in spite of personal hardships, (including a serious car accident!),
illnesses, job pressures and conflicts...thank you!*

*With all that in mind, please note that if you were not at our first
rehearsal for the upcoming concert, have not notified anyone, ie. your
section leader, but ARE still planning on doing this concert, to please,
make sure to be there this Monday, 4/07.  I do count on every single one of
you!*

*"King David" music*

We are still missing eight (8) "King David"s. Please return them either to
the front desk at the Cary Arts Center "attn: I. Speakman" or send them to:
I. Speakman, 510 Warlick Green Lane, Cary, NC 27519 (or drop them off
there!) A.S.A.P. Thank you!

*Gala Chorus (someone) - please read and act upon!*

One of you still has the music loaned to you for the Gala evening by Polly
Laubinger...her name is clearly written on the music. Please return! (same
return option as the above "King David" music)
