Attention singers!  We are in need of 5-6 volunteers for our World Music
concert next weekend.  These folks can be spouses, significant others,
family members (at least 16 years of age), or friends.  Volunteer duties
include program stuffing, scanning tickets, assisting patrons with their
seats, and helping us do internal demographics surveys (which are used in
grant applications).



Volunteers arrive one hour prior to show time to receive training.
 Volunteers must be able to stay through intermission, if they are not able
to remain for the entire program.  Volunteers ARE able to watch the entire
performance.  As a show of our gratitude, volunteers are admitted free of
charge.



If you know of someone who is able and willing to assist, please let Jenn

and contact information

Our Gala committee needs some help! They are:

·        Looking for 5-6 people to address, stuff, and stamp Gala
invitations during the week after Thanksgiving.  Must have a nice
handwriting.  If you can do this we will provide you the materials and the
list of names.  We’re expecting to mail about 2000 invitations.  This can
be done during your own free time at home.  Invitations have to be mailed
by December 6 so if you can help, please let Michele Bergeron know.

·        Also need 2-3 people willing to call on local vendors for auction
items to be sold at the Gala Silent Auction.  Just means calling on stores,
gift shops, restaurants, etc.  If you can help, you’ll work directly with
Sue Chaploney who is managing this project – she’ll tell you how easy it is!

·        Lastly, we did so well with last year’s Wall of Wine raffle, that
we’re asking for your help again this year.  We’re looking for donations of
red or white wine – of at least a $15 value.  You can bring this to any
rehearsal in December or January and give to Dennis Aves.
