*Choral Notes for the week of 05/27*

*Reminder:*

Rehearsal is on Tuesday, May 28th, Marcus Dry.

*PLEASE NOTE:*
**

   - Thursday, June 27th, Sci-Fi rehearsal with the orchestra at Meymandi
   is from 10:30am - 1:00pm. Rehearsal begins *promptly *at 10:30am. Plan
   to be on stage at 10:15am. Details to follow.
   - Saturday, July 6th, Summerfest rehearsal at Koka Booth is from 10:00am
   - 12:30pm. Rehearsal begins *promptly *at 10:00am. Plan to be on stage
   at 9:45am. Details to follow.

*Remember, please!*

Do not wear scented body products or perfumes on rehearsal or performance
dates; especially important now that we are entering the warm weather
period!!

*May 14th Annual Board Report to the Membership - handouts available*
**
For those of you who were unable to attend on May 14th, there will be
information sheets covering the above mentioned meeting on the table
outside the rehearsal room on Tuesday, May 28th. Please pick one up and
familiarize yourself with the inner workings of The Concert Singers of Cary.


*Volunteers - Thank You All!*

I want to express a belated but all the same a very sincere and very much
appreciated "Thank You" to the volunteers from Spring Daze and the ticket
collectors from Strike Up the Band.

   - Spring Daze: Barb Sawyer, Marina Enslen, Beverly Olson, Kristin
   Jerger, Phil Ferski, Chris Bonin, Amy Kransnyanskaya, Ken Fortier, Amy
   Wang, and Peter Lebeau.
   - Strike Up the Band: Jill and Allison Ruvidich, John Hemperly, Gerri
   Brodman and her daughter, and Christina Shook

The organization, The Concert Singers of Cary, could not function without
you, the volunteers. Many thanks from all of us.
