Greetings to all The Concert Singers of Cary members!

As of today, we have 36 reservations for The Concert Singers of Cary's
Annual Luncheon. For us to hold this luncheon we need to have at least a
total of 119 reservations by April 3rd in order to get a payment in to The
Matthews House by the April 5th deadline. Below is a list answering some
unasked questions:

   - this is NOT a fundraiser
   - The Concert Singers of Cary is not making a cent on this luncheon
   - the event is to promote the camaraderie of our group and enable us to
   socialize with fellow singers and their guests
   - due to management changes at The Matthews House this past year, we
   were not able to get the same "deal" as previously
   - May 19th is the ONLY date available to us for various reasons
   - we are trying to schedule this event due to the overwhelmingly
   positive response from last year
   - this is an opportunity to recognize and acknowledge the many people
   who work behind the scenes to help make the existence of The Concert
   Singers of Cary possible
   - Larry gets a chance to address the group and individuals
*without*mentioning the work/music of an upcoming concert!

There will be a final chance to sign up (if you have not already notified
me) at rehearsal on Monday night, April 1st............no fooling!
Remember, this is a celebration of us!!
