*Choral Notes for the week of 03/25*

Before the contract with the NC Symphony is signed for the June and July
concerts, Larry needs to know he has the chorus numbers to be able to
provide the sound required for the concerts. Please go to
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SXSGZBY a.s.a.p. and respond. The contract is
scheduled to be signed by next week.


*May 19th - Annual Concert Singers of Cary Luncheon*
**
There will be a copy of the menu for the luncheon and  sign-up sheets on
the table at Monday night's rehearsal. Please, either send me a brief "Yes"
and how many people are coming to the luncheon or sign up on Monday. We
need to know a.s.a.p. whether we have the necessary 119 attendees in order
to book the event at. Payment will need to be received by April 5th; a Pay
Pal button will be available.

Women's Chorus - 7:15pm - 7:45pm Marcus Dry
Full Symphonic Chorus - 7:45pm - 9:30pm Marcus Dry


*Sopranos and Altos*
**
We will be wearing our standard black concert dress for the Meymandi Hall
performance (June.) If you still need to order the mandatory black top or
would like to order the black skirt now (skirt will be mandatory come next
season), please have your order in to me by April 3rd. The more orders we
have to place, the lower the shipping cost.
