[csc_newsline] Chair set up/tear down; Name tags; Resources

 Dear Concert Singer,


Please note the items below:

   - *Rehearsal set up and tear down: *we need six people who are willing to
   help *set up* the chairs a few minutes prior to rehearsal every Monday
   evening and another six people who would be willing to help *stack* the
   chairs every Monday after rehearsal - takes about ten minutes. The plan is
   to have everyone else leave the rehearsal room immediately following the end
   of rehearsal so that the chairs can be stacked quickly. Please e-mail me
   MMingridnc at gmail.com and let me know if you are willing to do one or the
   other.....or both!
   - *Name tags: *if you still have not been able to get or find your name
   tag, please e-mail me and I will have one for you at the next rehearsal. If
   you do have your name tag, please make sure to wear it at rehearsals; this
   makes it easier for your section leader, new members and some of us who have
   a hard time remembering names, to find you!
   - *Resources: *make sure to check the "resources" on our members site for
   any questions you might have regarding Concert Singers. If you still cannot
   find the answer to your question, either contact your section leader or me
   MMingridnc at gmail.com

*The concert this weekend will be very special; please, make sure to tell
your family and friends about it!*
