Dear Singers, 

This has been a wild and exciting 20th season and I hope you are all
enjoying the music and performances that we have been part of.  Being a
large organization, we rely heavily on volunteers to run as smoothly as
possible.  As many of you know, we recognize our hard-working members at the
end of each year.  Some of our newer members may not be as familiar with our
volunteer program, so it is with this email I hope to refresh all of our
memories!  

Our volunteer recognition program is called Virtuosos.  Our hope is to
reward volunteer efforts big and small.  To learn about this program, please
head on over to the CSC website and login to the Members section.  All of
the normal program requirements are listed, as well as contact info if you
have any questions.  As you can imagine, it is a big job managing all of our
helpers, so we've decided to put the onus on you, the singer, to keep track
of where you help out each year.  So, in addition to information about
Virtuosos, you will also find a link to a tracking sheet.  Please fill this
out and return it to a member of the committee no later than the date
listed.  

Lastly, due to our unusual season schedule, the Volunteer Committee has
again decided to halve the number of volunteer efforts for the 2010-2011
year.  So, in addition to the main program requirements, you can have either
1) volunteered twice throughout the year ~OR~ 2) volunteer once and donate
to the CSC Pledge Drive (which, by the way, is wrapping up soon!)
