Please see this urgent request from Board President Shannon Giles.

 

Hello everyone!

 

Hope you are all having a nice relaxing summer!  In preparation for our move
into the Cary Arts Center we need to take stock and clean out our storage
space.  I need a few people to meet me at 9am on Saturday, July 23rd to
count music, clean out old materials and see what needs to be moved and what
doesn't.  A group of 3-4 folks should be able to get through it in a couple
hours.  Please let me know if you're available and I'll send the address,
etc.
