Hello everyone,

 

See the note below from Connie Margolin, one of our sopranos who is involved
in the production of Faust presented by The North Carolina Opera Company.

 

 

Dear fellow CSC members,

 

Last night, I had the honor of singing in the offstage chorus of an amazing
performance of Gounod's Faust, semi-staged with a full orchestra by the
newly merged North Carolina Opera company at Meymandi.  If you love opera,
or even if you just love good music sung beautifully by artists who also
perform at the Met and internationally, try to get to Saturday night's 8PM
performance.

 

I believe that Chorus Discount tickets (20% off and only a $1 fee) are still
available by phone today (Friday) at (919) 792-3850 (give them my name).
