I received the note below from Geiselle Thompson and wanted to share it with
you. The photo is attached. Geiselle is also asking for help to get a music
position filled in Fayetteville so please pass this along to anyone that you
may know.


"Yesterday I was in NYC and at the Met. On the way out we were walking
through the contemporary art galleries and this picture of the Midnight Ride
of Paul Revere caught my eye. I stopped and took a photo with my BlackBerry
to share with you. Grant Wood, of American Gothic fame, was the artist.
Medium is oil on masonite."

Larry,

Once again, I am looking for a Church Pianist at Pope AFB.

We had a wonderful person who filled the position and the military changed
the time of the service from 9:30 am to 11:15 am. Unfortunately, our pianist
has a prior commitment for the 11:00 am time slot on Sunday mornings, and we
are once more looking for a good candidate.

I know it's a long shot, but I'm taking advantage of any possibilities that

A warm, caring Catholic community is seeking a part-time pianist or organist
for the 11:15 am Sunday morning worship service at the Pope AFB chapel.
 
.	Play the prelude, offertory, postlude, hymns, choral and
congregation responses, anthems and solos
.	Coordinate with priest and fellow musicians to support the
community's worship experience
.	Prior experience as a piano and/or organ accompanist
.	Solid sight reading skills needed
.	Being Catholic is not a requirement for this position
