[csc_newsline] Two Items

Dear Choir,

 

I have two brief announcements to share;

 

Firstly, I often receive requests from singers who are interested in vocal
study. I maintain a small private studio at my home that compliments my work
with CSC and my church position. Thanks to Dave Britt I have now entered the
21st  century and constructed my own website that includes information about
my private teaching for anyone who may be interested. The address is

Secondly, I received work from the Durham Symphony that due to availability
issues at the Armory in Durham, our performance of the Finale to Beethoven
Symphony #9 will need to take place one day later than originally scheduled.
We will perform on Sunday, January 16th at 3:00 p.m. instead of the
originally scheduled performance on Saturday, January 15th. The rehearsal
with the orchestra will be Friday, January 14th in the evening. There will
not be any rehearsals scheduled on the 15th. Please mark your calendars now.
