Dear Choir,

 

I am eagerly looking forward to seeing you all as we begin out 20th
anniversary season on Monday night! Here are a few bits of information
regarding the registration process.

 

The cost for annual dues is $60.00. The music packet for the
October/November concerts is $15.00 total. You can skip part of the
registration process on Monday if you prepay online through the members link
to the website. You may also pay by check at the registration table. We have
tried to keep costs down this year. Our dues are close to half of the cost
of some of the other area choruses and the music packet is nominal. Having
said that though we realize that this is a difficult time for some of our
members and we ask that you not let this keep you from participating. Speak
to your section leader or Shannon and we can try to develop a plan that is
workable for you. Dues is not prorated by concert and is the full amount
payable whenever a member starts the season (we work on a July-June calendar
year)

 

The registration table will open at 7:00 p.m. to give us time to work
everyone through in time to begin rehearsal at or near 7:30. Please come at
7:00 if you are able.

 

I will tell you that the music packet will not be complete on Monday as we
are waiting for some titles that have just been finalized or are still being
arranged. I will send you a complete list in an email next week so that you
can be aware of what you will need.
