Dear Choir,

 

I'm writing to remind you that we are back to our normal spilt schedule this
evening. Chamber Choir at 7:00 and Symphonic Choir at 8:00.

 

I also wanted to give you a breakdown of Saturday's rehearsal. We will use
the time in the following way.

 

1:45 - Please arrive so that we can begin the process of assigning spots on
the risers

2:00 - 3:15 - Symphonic Choir

3:15 - 4:30 - Chamber Choir

 

The call for the evening will be

 

6:30 - Chamber Choir

7:00 - Symphonic Choir

7:30 - Concert at St. Paul's Episcopal in Cary
